Manage AWS Management Console MFA credentials without mobile phone dependencies.

Frictionless AWS MFA for Developers

Securing root and IAM accounts with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an AWS security best practice. Authium gives you instant, secure access to AWS OTP codes right on your desktop.

Step-by-Step Installation & Setup

1

Navigate to IAM Console

Sign into the AWS Management Console and open the Identity and Access Management (IAM) console.

2

Manage MFA Device

Click your user name in the navigation bar, open the "Security credentials" tab, and under "MFA device", click "Assign MFA device".

3

Select Virtual MFA

Select "Authenticator app" (virtual MFA device) and click Next. Click "Show QR code" on the AWS setup screen.

4

Scan and Sync

Open Authium, scan the AWS QR code, and enter two consecutive 6-digit codes generated by the extension to finish sync.

Key Benefits of Authium

No Phone Required

Sign into complex AWS console setups without hunting down a mobile device for a security token.

Secure Sharing

Share critical team IAM credentials securely via E2EE Team Vaults instead of copying plain keys.
