Description of Service
Authium provides a desktop-first two-factor authentication solution including OTP generation, secure vault storage, and encrypted sync capabilities. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must safeguard your master password and recovery codes
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Share your account with others (except through team features)
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The offline functionality of Authium means core OTP generation works without internet connectivity.
Limitation of Liability
Authium is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or security incidents.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
